Kyran J. "Casey" Cook MAI, MAhas been in the real estate business since 1977 and has been a commercial appraiser since 1983. He has a BA in economics from Oberlin College and an MA from the University of Iowa in Urban and Regional Planning and M.A.I. designation from The Appraisal Institute. He has done expert testimony throughout central and eastern Iowa. Casey is the past president of the Iowa Chapter of the Appraisal institute. Steve L. Drollhas over 25 years of experience in the banking and real estate brokerage business. Steve joined the firm in December of 1999 as we expanded into residential appraisals. He has served the City of Iowa City on the Comprehensive Plan Review and Update, as well as serving Johnson County as a member of the Recorder's Office Review Committee. Steve received his B.S. from the University of Iowa in 1979. Steve received his appraiser certification in 2004 and is a member of the International Right of Way Association. Zachary W. Hoytreceived his B.A. degree from the University of Iowa in 2005 and has been with Cook Appraisal since May of 2005.
